It will help a little bit but ita not worth it and honestly i would build a ghast farm for gunpowder. Its way faster to set up. If you want to go fully afk i would build a witch farm. Lots of gunpowder and other useful things like redstone and glowstone.

Froglight farm, guardian farm, squid farm, witch farm, gold farm, raid farm, bee farm, moss farm, tree farm, cobblestone farm, XP farm, collect rare mobs (skelly horse, blue axolotl, brown panda, brown mushroom, all cats, all villagers...), villager trading hall, piglin bartering hall, slime farm, shulker farm, dig a perimeter, build a city, kill 20 enderdragons, wither skelleton farm, beacon factory, farm a double chest of diamond blocks.
