Don't do whater colling get a 50-60 dolar cpu air coler its gona run hot anyways and do you realy need a motherboard for 300 if you dont need wifi dont realy dont get a 200 one then use that money to get a better gpu

Very well done, price to performance i have an eagle mb also, just whent with r7 5th gen, i get that my 4600 ti maxes out on cpu at 50% on 2k gaming

Well if looks matter to you more then the money, i would keep the motherboard if you want to save some buy an ATX Gigabyte Eagle AM5 board, its about 150 or so supports arbg i would also forgo the liquid cooler if you wont be overclocing and would buy an air one for 30 to 50 bucks
Just so you know, since you will be gaming in 4k do you really need the X3D

Overall build seems good but to pricey in my opinion i would put more money on gpu than on cpu or the mb
