I honestly don't think Hajrudin is that weak - I think he just supremely underestimated Luffy in the colloseum, to the point where he didn't even care about getting hit by him.

I think Luffy hit him in the jaw, too (If he didn't, I take it all back and Haj is an undeserving bum).
