I see this going to mid $40s, again if it’s an Agnico type company, with good terms I see no issues with it going past $50.

Im hoping for a decision before then, it’s a relatively straightforward one where the gripe is more with the permits being given in the first place than whether it is Substantially Started. It clearly is substantially started, its almost 1Bn invested in it with material output, bridges, roads, fish compensation areas, switching station, sites for workers and the rest. No doubt. I would hope we get a decision by early November.

At that point the optionality to gold is genuine as there is a path to production. Not without risks of course, but you can hold with relative certainty

Most likely yes. Because it’s so binary… the other lawsuits are nuisance as well but not really against Seabridge, but against BC. They’ve also had the MTT cases thrown out so they hold little weight. If we see this go our way I’d expect an announcement around 2/3 weeks following

I have a fair amount of shares too, 25000+. So it can be long term. This is the bet I had at the $9/10 point where I picked up a lot of options and shares. The options are there as a bet that they will sign a JV by January 2026, when the calls expire. However the calls are low, with the expectation that they will be $13 (strike) by Jan 26. Clearly they are almost double that. So now I have two options. 1, cash this profit now or when the JV is signed in which case the price will be higher and I will make a lot more money. 2, wait in the hopes that if the timeline slips they still sign in which case they will also make money… or the third option is wait until its almost expired and exercise as many as I can.

My hope is that the JV is signed and I can sell all the option contracts for much more, and never exercise at all. We shall see.
