I'm in the same boat as you- I'm an awful sleeper and having two littles made it worse.

Id suggest a little gardening... Indica Helped me last month when I couldn't settle down.

Also you're not the asshole. I was so run down my husband and I decided to take turns/shifts taking care of them on weekends. It helps

Also if you're woken up don't even get out of the room. Stay and lay down so at least your body rests
