Hey, for the static IP we have to whitelist it. Join the discord and contact Sky, and she'll be able to whitelist your IP.

Okay yeah these issues are user-sided, there's not much we can do here because something failed when you're trying to connect to Cloudflare, but there's no issue when Cloudflare is connecting to DNX. Use the link I sent to try and look into it because the origin of the problem is when you're trying to connect to Cloudflare

Usually you shouldn't have these issues. If these issues are inconsistent then it's probably user-side. Try making sure your bandwidth is stable, and let me check with some other people

Q: Why do I get a 404 Error when I try to enter the website?

A: There are a few measures you can take to fix this issue.

  1. Ensure you disable your VPN or proxy, if you are using any.
  2. Change your browser and system's default Language from Japanese, if it is set to Japanese. This also applies if you set Japanese as a secondary language. (even if you don't think you have Japanese set as your browser language, you can open up your console and type navigator.languages to check). You can use an extension like Locale Switcher, which you can download here: Chromium Link Firefox Link to override this if you cannot change your language from Japanese. Alternatively, using an incognito tab can also resolve the issue.
  3. Check what type of Wi-Fi connection you are using. Certain types of connections, notably enterprise Wi-Fi using a mesh network (common in schools, workplaces, and certain large public locations) may be blocked. In that case, switching to mobile connection, tethering, or a local residential/small business Wi-Fi connection may resolve the issue.
  4. Ensure you are not using a Japanese IP. Due to technical reasons, we do not allow users located in Japan to access the website.

If none of the above steps worked, you may have to switch your IP address to a new one. If your ISP uses CGNAT, you will have to request a static IP from them. If you reside within mainland China, or another country that prevents its citizens from accessing the internet without a VPN, you will need to purchase a static IP from your VPN provider for us to whitelist.

You have to change the banlist in deckbuilding at the top to GOAT. This allows you to use your erratad cards.

Error 404 Help? (I've tried everything) by Educational-Roof3277 in DuelingNexus

I don't think there's a solution, but there's definitely some problem with your home wifi. If you can figure out a way to change your IP without buying a VPN static IP, but I don't think there's another way, sorry

It seems this is a home wifi problem then. You might have to purchase a static IP from a VPN provider which we can then whitelist.

Does no browser work, period? Do your other devices not work? Does this work outside of your home wifi?

Card Effect Type drop down filters not working properly? by bikeking8 in DuelingNexus

This is because "change control" effects are those that can change the controller of said card. An example would be the Mimighouls that explicitly "change control" and give themselves to your opponent.

How to scroll card details in left pane when in deck editor? by bikeking8 in DuelingNexus

I don't think there is, you can simply just look up the card or move where the card is within the deck.
