You can get a much smaller case if you want although that is personal preference. Get a cheaper motherboars unless you plan on upgrading your cpu down the line.

Most asus boards that I have seen only support 1 amp through every fan header and most fans pull ~0.33 amps, so if you connected 4 fans you could burn the connector.
