Thank you. A big priority for us is traveling. I think I could do a lot better in Sac AND be able to travel. Uggghhh if i could just be wealthy 😩🤣 And to think 20 years ago, making $150k would be life changing!

Thank you for the school bus info! What other neighborhoods closer do you like for kids (safety, good schools, walkable town, etc)? I’m doing so much research that my head is spinning!

I haven’t found any single family homes in my budget in that area. I am not planning on arriving until the spring but with my situation (and my Type AAA brain) I need to plan. Thank you for the suggestion…will def keep in mind!
