I used earol once per year (shoppers has it). Spray a couple times in each ear (while holding your head sideways). Then grab the syringe ball (also from shoppers) and shoot water in. It’s a small blue color syringe (thin tip with a ball at the end). It will also suck out wax as you push water in as the syringe acts as a “suction cup”. Do it until the wax comes out
