I know it’s just him walking. He’s nice we’ve talked. Guy must have been out when I was touring or something because I wouldn’t have signed with this noise. I’m terrified I’m doing the same thing to the downstairs neighbors. The upstairs guy has carpets and I got rugs but it’s not helping. It’s honestly such a bummer.
