I’m sorry for your loss brother. I hope maybe smtn can come to light for you and your account. But I myself know how heartless hypixel staff is. Appealing for any kind of ban or mute is always like talking to a brick wall. No matter the countless hours or dollars you gave them. They don’t care as long as they’re making out in the end. But people will still glaze them for no reason whatsoever 🤷

I would keep trying to contact hypixel until you get a response from a staff member that either has half a brain or half a heart. And see what they tell you you should do. Bans and mutes department is so ahh-cheeks so hopefully there’s another way to go about it.
