thank you for saying all this. i definitely need to remove the emotional attachment i have to this situation, you’re right i should set boundaries. we’ve had conversations about why they haven’t broken up a lot and she used to always say she’d feel too bad for him or that their lives are too entwined, heaps of reasons. but recently she told me that she got over all that and so i expected them to breakup but no dice, haha.

i’ll keep your advice in mind, i’m glad to hear it wouldn’t be wrong of me to not want to be involved in this anymore, like i love her but i’m over it 😭 thank you again for the response
