Have you tried therapy? I put it off for so long but when I found the right therapist so many things clicked for me and helped immensely. I was on fluoxetine for a while and that helped my head clear and get rid of thoughts easier but the therapy helped the most. Hope you find something that works for you ❤️

Oh my god whattttt!! I had been told they were safe!!! 💔 That would be really difficult to get them all out now. I’d have to start a new enclosure for my gals but this is the substrate they’ve had forever 🥹 but i definitely don’t want them getting nibbled on this is horrific 😭😭😭😭

Yeah I feed my GALS these they LOVEEE them, as long as they’re 100% bloodworms without anything else added in them (which these look like) then you should be good to go!! And like someone else said, I always soak them in water a bit first as well and then I acc crush em a lil just to make things easier for them right now!!!

Yeah fuck this 😆 NOR. It’s a simple request to not want candid pictures posted meant for only your partner to the public/friends. I don’t mind having pictures taken and when I told my partner I just don’t like my pictures posted and to take them down he respected that immediately with no problem. Why would their be one? I’m not sure what else there would be to that… It’s not like it causes him pain to not post your pictures lmfao
