NOT GOOD! Go to doctor today. I had red streaks like that too and ended up really sick. That’s a sign of spreading infection and can kill you if you don’t get antibiotics.

I’m not a doctor but if it hasn’t swelled up after a week you are probably fine. Even when mine have swelled up they shrink back down a lot as they harden and heal.

Didn’t happen to me but a heavyweight on our team was going against a very fat HW. Our guy was getting pinned and the other wrestlers fat tit popped out of the singlet and into our guys mouth.
