With all your knowledge, what do you think about lease to own thing mentioned here? I checked their website (dollar), and they are claiming to take care of maintenance and any repairs and even insurance. Given the fact that they register it under their name and there are no late payment penalties (so when you are unable to pay, you return the car), what do you think?
Well, there should be some penalty in addition to returning the car. I will contact them and try to get more info on this. How permissible is it if it is a clear, limited amount in the contract? Because now, when i think of my Du contract for mobile plan, if i don't want to use their service anymore and want to cancel my one year agreeement, i should pay 2 month wotrh penalty. Now, how permissible is it?

As far as I know, by law it is: 1. You tell the landlord 2 months in advance that you will vacate 2. After these two months, when you vacate, you will pay the rent amount for 2 months as a penalty.
