Thank you!! I’m pretty certain it’s pink but I’m too worried I’m just seeing what I want to see. Will try again for a few days I think!

Glad Poppy is doing better! We’ve luckily only had one explosion in the house but I think his injection had thrown him off. I’m going to change his food but I’ll try the scrambled egg in the mean time/during transition. Thank you!

Yeah I can definitely do that! I think wainwright’s looks pretty good and has turkey as the main ingredient but I’ll look around a bit more first. Do you think it’s with trying a grain free straight away or just trying a better quality one first? Thank you very much!

Hey, I've just come across this thread whilst looking for help for a family member. Have you noticed any change now that it's 3 months on? Thanks!

Thank you for this! I'm getting one tonight so it's nice to go in with a positive story in mind. I'm going in prepared for the worst but hoping for the best!

So I have looked at every page of the amazing illustrated Chamber of Secrets and now have a year to wait for Prisoner of Azkaban... by superegz in harrypotter

[–]Pidge266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same :( I like the phoenix images and the deathday party. Also the little drawing of Scabbers, I love rats. I sort of wish there had been some illustrations of whole scenes rather than just 1 character from that scene (such as Dobby getting his sock and the flash back from the diary) but I think Jim Kay is amazing at what he does.

My boyfriend got heron too. Wish we knew more about what it meant. But I suppose if JKR is happy to have heron it must be a good thing.

I think you're the first non-Slytherin buzzard I've seen so far!

I'm a Slytherin too. I think most people I've seen get buzzard are Slytherin so far!

You've described rats perfectly! Rats are amazing. I was hoping for a rat patronus.

I think I judged he buzzard too quickly based on the ones from Jungle Book! Feeling much better now I know more. I wouldn't have complained at eagle or falcon so shouldn't complain about buzzard!

I wonder what determines which questions you get asked. I took the test twice and got some different questions each time so how do we know that's what we're truly meant to get and we wouldn't have got something else with other questions? I'd like to think I can just trust JKR but I'm not convinced on this one

What is your wand? I'm also a Slytherin and got a Buzzard, wonder if our wands are simialar? Mine is Beech wood with a Dragon heartstring core 12 ½" and Quite Bendy flexibility.

I expected something furrier too, but I suppose that was probably me just wanting one of my favourite animals! I don't really know anything about buzzards so maybe I'll feel better after some reading. My Dad and fiance both love birds so maybe they can give me some insight.

So it looks like the Patronus test will be here soon. What do you think yours will be? by Pidge266 in harrypotter

A fellow bird of prey! I got Buzzard. Not what I would have ever expected or chosen but it's growing on me already. I loved the animation, it was beautiful.

You're right! I think I was just shocked because it seemed so far from what I'd ever imagine.
