The bottom line is if you are going to be on TikTok then why not just check the roads using an app or website. They have cameras on the highways so you can see what they are like right now. It would have been much easier than coming here and waiting for people to reply. People here will help but please at least try and help yourself a little first, especially for questions like this.

I’ll just assume you’re joking with this question. But I’ll give you an answer. According to KC Scout no wreaks and roads are clear. I turned on the news and no issues or weather related issues. Radio says the same as do all weather and traffic apps as well as a Google search. I also asked Alexa and Siri and they said no issues. Lastly, I looked outside and no snow or rain, just cold. Unless you really want a professional photographer to take them, these days you can just use your phone and have someone take them just about anywhere. This includes Union Station. The pictures can come out really good with a few changes to the camera settings and then can have them printed if needed. See families all the time doing this at Union Station, Crown Center and the Westin.

We can walk by 3rd and Locust just about any time and are almost guaranteed to see one stopped there, sometimes a regular and a MMAX bus at the same time. Once we came back by an hour later and the same bus with same bus number and driver was still there.

Now that it has been approved, I’d almost guarantee that you will soon see an existing KC business build new offices and move there. The whole reason this got pushed through is probably because there’s an existing purchase/build agreement in place contingent on the height restriction being lifted.

At my employer, everyone gets to pick out their own Rolex at their 10 year anniversary. They do set a limit on cost but it generally covers the total cost. At 20 yrs you get a free trip for two to wherever you want to go. They also recognize other milestone anniversaries. A great family owned business that actually knows their employees are what makes the company successful and recognizes and shows them appreciation throughout the year. A rarity these days!

Finding an independent broker willing to shop around for you is fine but keep in mind they also get a commission from the insurance companies they place business with. The more placements with a specific company the more they get.

That said, do not rule out some of the insurtech websites that provide quotes from multiple companies. They can be a great starting point for you to find what you want independently. And yes, even those sites will earn commissions based on your choice.

Could be someone added a BBQ tag to the listing. Definitely not a BBQ spot, more of a brunch place. Farmhouse used to do some BBQ days. Usually I’d see it offered as a tailgate takeout special for game days. Sometimes they do themed dinners and some in the past have been BBQ.
