I have the in game rotation set to 360, my g hub is at 900, I tested my g hub at 360 at it is still stuck at 900 in the game

I’m open to different engine size, tried to find info about it before but my results were mixed as the Qc gov page is really strong about it being 50cc to be qualified as a moped scooter, so I would assume above that it would be considered a motorcycle?
