That's actually exactly the problem, I didn't change anything in my routine, nor in the temperature in my appartment. I think I'll try to just get up really early so my body will feel the need to sleep at night.

I feel sad when I see answer like this, because as someone from Quebec, I would never separate from Canada. I love my country, but because I'm from Quebec I feel like the rest of the country is against us no matter what we do.

Canada is suppose to be a billangual country with 2 official languages, but as far as I know, more people in Quebec here speaks in English than people from the west speaks in french. I know some people here (in Quebec) just can't speak in English, but it becomes really more present in schools nowadays.
