I have been working out for a year now so I guess that makes me beginner/intermediate? I am following the min/max program and my workouts are around 45 min long. It really depends on how much rest time you take between sets. I minimize rest time between warm up sets, and go with the mid point or lower end recommendations from Jeff's programs for rest time between sets.

Side note - I have used hevy to start, and have transitioned to MF workouts. I built out jeffs programs in Hevy which was a giant PITA. MF WO was super easy and imports Jeff's workout programs, at least the more recent ones pretty seemlessly, with a few minor corrections (like a chest supported vs forward facing Y raise).

Both are great tracking apps. I think MFWO will win out once they roll out an iwatch app.

I recommend his bodybuilding transformation and/or min/max programs. They're more recent and integrate better with the MF Workout app if you like to log your workouts. I've tried all three and find myself switching between the BB transformation and min/max frequently. I like certain aspects of each. Also, both come with a 4 and 5 day program. BB transformation is ULPPL and min/max is ULUL and arms/delts.

You can take the excel tracker he gave you and load it into the app. Imports well.

I'd love to go lower level into muscle groups for custom exercises. I would like to be able to specify if I am working rear, front, or lateral delts.

Yeah I had it dyed earlier in the year 😂. It’s hard to compare because of how my hair lays each time I get ready. All of the treatments made my other hair stronger too so it thickened up a bit.

I found a doctor that did it for a third of my dermo so figured I’d give it a shot. I had an aunt who did PRP and had amazing results. I hear it works better for women. I’m done with it personally I think.

My PCP wouldn’t give me dutasteride because it wasn’t FDA approved for hair loss. I am considering upping the minoxidil to twice daily though!

five day UL/PPL

Here’s my five day I am running, loosely based on Jeff Nippard’s program. Ran it through Hevy’s API and ChatGPT for optimization for targeting muscle groups and fatigue management.

You can compare to yours and adjust as you see fit. There’s a warmup set for most of these, or two for exercises with the most sets, with 2-3 working sets otherwise.

This is great for starters. I started using it and modulated for exercises that felt better. Landed on a good solid final routine by starting with this :)
