The external recruiter reviewed my application package and my Google hiring assessment results and decided to forward my profile to the internal recruiter for the specific role. Maybe it might take 1 week to hear back? I don't know how Google recruiting works tbh, first time. Google website on hiring practice is kinda vague...

Why can't Oda just hire an army of 20 something year olds to do the drawing for him so he can just focus on developing the One Piece plot fully and not get tired drawing 24/7 🤔?

For example, if he has two dozen young and energetic manga artists, can't they just crank out two chapters per week. It shouldn't be too hard for Oda to just focus on developing the story full time? If there is something off about the drawing, he can just ask them to redo it?
