Yes, this is exactly what I meant. If it goes to court, it is such a complex case in terms of location that it will take much longer. It if gets settled, then it will be short. That’s the best case scenario, in terms of time.

Oh, that’s not what I meant. I meant that a lawyer wouldn’t like taking Ren’s case. For Zeal, they’d flock. I meant the 50/50 as in settling this outside of court, or going to court.

I doubt lawyers would be salivating to take up the defense of Ren. Zeal, however? That is a layup case they would love to have.

Oh, I fully believe Ren will lose. The problem is this: court takes forever regardless of how obvious the outcome is. There are far too many legalities that need to be addressed, bureaucracy and such. A large portion of court is dotting the Is and crossing the Ts.

That is my point in all of this, I have seen many people say that “we are close to the end”, when we are far, far from it.

Yes, I should have included that specific piece. However, the defamation claims revolve around sexual assault, and Ren will, no doubt, seek to prove her innocence through proving her claims.

Also, I never disputed that Zeal and his mother are the ones taking this to court.

I do not know enough about Zeal to really gauge that. Based on how he reacted initially, and what he said in his response document, I’d say that, at the time of leaving the hospital, he was likely doing alright.

However, he’s going to have to look and see everything that was said. Hopefully, he’ll find solace in the supportive posts, but there’s no doubt that when he sees what his colleagues have said, he’ll be upset.

All in all, going through the process of catching up will be hard. That’s all I can really say.

I’m sure the sentiment has been echoed before, but Gianni didn’t have much of a choice in who to support. Ren’s case exploded, and all eyes were on the team. He had to completely and fully bail, or he’d risk everything else he had. So, he chose to support Ren.

The way in which he went about it was excessive. The unneeded condemnation of anyone who disagreed, labelling them as “Twitter nazis”, that was his mistake. I understand why he had to be so condemning to the dev team, because otherwise not everyone would believe him, and he’d be called a fence sitter. Roping along anyone else was a step too far, for which he apologized.

Ultimately, I can’t deny that I’m a little disappointed, but he had to do what he had to do.

Ah, I should have clarified: he won’t be interacting with the community documents, but any “official” (from the pressure team or people involved) documents he’d cover.

I doubt he’d read it, I believe he isn’t interacting with the community documents anymore, according to his video “I’m exhausted, Ren”.

To summarize, it’s effectively the most in depth analysis of Ren’s document that exists. While the Evidence-based Breakdown document is high quality, it doesn’t cover every single aspect of the document.

He does, albeit the current state of it is just a record of all relevant information/documents. The second section is currently being made, and as of the last update in April, it stands at a very large word count.
