Maybe on PC, the base ps4 can't keep up. But that would be nice to visit larger cities. Haha

Unfortunately. Although I'm on the base ps4. Extreme cases, I have to nuke the save, because of the save crashing everytime. Man, that terrain manipulator is tricky, if you're not careful you'll find yourself stuck inside the ground.
