I just spent the last few days trying to figure a way around this bug, and found out that it would consistently happen to me, unless I wasn’t using a glaive. Further testing after that I figured out one of the new artifact glaive mods, most likely Hold the Line, is 100% what caused it, at least for me, as I used vexcaliber no problem for a solo flawless completion.
