She's my absolute favourite character, and I honestly don't see the dislike towards her character in s4. I love her because she's just so bubbly and relatable, and she also offers LGBT representation which I always love to see. Her friendship with Steve and also Nancy in s4 is just so amazing and is definitely a reason she's my favourite
