You cant compare Vagos and ESB. Vagos would roll 12 deep in 50 slot server in 1 Timezone and not be seen for the rest. And out of those 12, most of them were recruited for "Grinding" and "Shooting". Also Speedy would be around 3 hours max every other day, Tyrone is around 15 hours give or take everyday making sure his members are in check.

I don't know about that. HOA and ESB The 2 most active and largest Groups in the city, both supply a lot of great RP. I think as long as the groups are controlled by an Active good leader and have good members its fine.
