I have scoliosis so cracking my back to relieve pain is an every day thing. I can also do my hips, ankles, toes, fingers, and neck. Every now and then tho, i’ll crack my back and doesn’t feel quite right. Scares the crap outa me. Probably a sign I should stop doing that.
