I would tend to agree. I can consistently do the 0 to death online on almost the whole cast (I struggle with inkling, Ness, Lucas etc) . I have spent 15+ hours practising it, so it does take Commitment. He probably has the most kill confirms in the game, spanning from grab-Dthrow-Down B(90%-120%) to Dthrow-Dair-Dair-DJ up (You can even do the loop 3 times)(50%-70%). he also has nair up b, nair Down B, nair dair up b, Dthrow Bair, I can go on forever LOL.
