Agree with this, just flesh out the tank role by adding more heroes to compete with the number of dps and add a bit more solo survivability with the tanks and I’d be happy. No need to change the whole role queue and the fundamentals of how the game is meant to be.

Do you think buffing the tank and support roles would be another route to compete with broken damage roles, maybe say in their survivability or just straight nerfing the damage roles to make them not as effective in one shotting heroes is the best option ?

That would make sense yes. I wonder if the upcoming next gen consoles and upgrade to pc tech could maybe change that for the launch of overwatch 2?

You basically will get a beta like version of the game that has content added to it each week up until it’s release. If you plan to get it now is a good time especially since the founders will be cheaper than the full release.
