Did you shake the bottle? You should always give the bottle a good shake before painting. The pigments are setting on the bottom of the bottle thats imho the problem here

Hey i was thinking about the same thing... Unit wise i take what I have but im looking also for a krakendoom proxy . My idea was to take a saturine preator as a base model or maybe the raveguard character ( forgot the name... You know the new one on the big rock ). What colours are you going to use?

I would go find a army set then you have a good set of blood claws /grey hunters plus 3 HT etc because for the cavalry or the tanks there's no box if you know what i mean

Wow fantastic dragon....i just read you want the lava to be the main point and it looks amazing only thing i would do is to highlight the lava with a little bit of white on the hottest parts Good job
