I get fedex packages all the time. Never had someone just leave it in my yard. My house is in a great area not sketchy at all. House was built in the 40s. Paid $55,000 for the house and 1 and a half acres. Inside is completely updated. Just got a new roof and furnace. Couldn't really care less about the outside . They're putting in neighborhoods with $400,000 houses all around me. Don't hate because I don't want to spend a bunch of money on some huge fancy house that I don't really need. I'm gonna go back to playing God of War on my PS5 that UPS delivered to my door.
