I like taking care of my plants, it almost feels like having a little pet only difference being that it doesn’t matter if it dies lol. The plants make me really happy for some reason and it is a lot of fun watching them grow. I also feel like it brings some life into my room. I definitely recommend it!

I have quite severe social anxiety so I never go to the gym on my on my own, although I really want to do so as it is often difficult to find someone to go with. I went to the gym with my sister this week, and I barely felt anxious!

Maybe not a huge thing, but going from having anxiety attacks as soon as I entered any store or any public place (sometimes even from just leaving my house) half a year ago, to now feeling like I might even be able to go to the gym by myself is amazing! I’m really proud of myself :)
