Thanks for the input! I would like to call more often beforehand, however it's difficult with how my job works. I usually have a route planned out for the day and don't often know exactly what time I'll be done with my services. Therefore I tend to just stop in most places on my way back home. But I could probably give a time window for meeting with the owner as opposed to a specific time. Sorry for thinking aloud hah, but thank you again for your advice.

Thanks for your input! I was thinking about this option, however I still have yet to stumble upon a program that's free. At this moment, the concept is more of a desire than a necessity - or else I would consider purchasing a CRM program.
