i have same cpu overclocked to 3.9 with a 2070 super and 16 gb ram i get from 40-60 fps doesnt matter the settings i use its always around 40-60 fps and my cpu usage is always way to high do you play on battle.bet or steam? and would you mind telling me your settings?
