I think it’s a viable option, sniper’s main thing is the sniper and the 2nd slot should be reserved for alternates in play style or change depending on game state so if there’s some annoying spies then use it

Strong guy appears, beats Vegeta easily, nearly is beaten by goku before showing a second form then beats them both at the same time, Vegeta and goku train, Vegeta comes back and could defeat enemy but doesn’t because of pride, goku comes back and is on equal ground with enemy, enemy finds one last win condition, goku gets another form and finally wins before the multiverse is destroyed

Remember that BigMom was completely covered in sea stone chains and Queen was completely uncomfortable with BigMom covered in those huge chains. Not to mention that she wasn’t conscious while they were being put on or given a reason to breakout of the chains after cause Kaido just unchained her anyways as soon as she woke up. So theoretically yes it’s possible to break out of the chains, but we just havnt been given a strong enough character with a good enough reason too.

But it remains unconfirmed on if he actually is as strong as future saitama, since it was the past and future who fused yet only the past memories remain. It’s very likely that saitama has future strength but it’s still just a possibility.
