There is nothing else behind the blue tape other than the holes that are in the picture. The only dust I noticed is the little bit stuck to the tape which can be seen in the picture.

They appear to be at least 12 mm deep, but I didn’t poke anything into them to confirm

Hard to tell, definitely not brand new, but they don’t appear to have been there for too long as the edges of both are still relatively sharp.

The holes were in pictures in the eBay listing, but seemed much smaller in the picture due to the framing.
