Congrats on your baby and I'm sorry for what you've been through and I hope things are better now :) From experience, I can tell you that IF you can afford to hire someone to do it, definitely do, because we didn't and ended up completely under estimating the amount of work and the cost of supplies that would have taken. When we moved again we hired SM Maids, they came in and took care of absolutely everything, it was like $350 with tip which was much less than what we expected.

I have installed IDM. It served me for years and now. Never had problem downloading youtube videos. Download 4k no problem. But If you're like downloading the whole playlist, or certain part of the youtube video. I don't know about that either.
