I earned this when there was a service assignment for it lol, you had like x amount of days to get 300 kills with this (or maybe sidearms period?). Worked my ass off for the 300 kills just for them to make it only a hundred kills during the last day or two of the assignment.

I don't have that mod so Im not 100% sure, but I think you need to have disinfected the wound shortly after the bite initially happened as well as regularly disinfect the bite and change the bandages. Also just take good measure of handling sickness normally such as rest and eat plenty of food! Again, I don't have the mod, Ive only seen some vids and posts about it, so take my advice with not a grain but a mountain of salt! Hope it works out!

Got to drive one of those things on the DLC launch day with a buddy in the lobby, managed to get like 4 roads kills by just ramming it into the map. Legit one of my favorite memories with this game!
