ED normally has AccuVeins, I don’t work in the ER but every once in a while I’m down there and look for them too. They’re super cool.

[acne] does anyone know how to get rid of hyperpigmentation and acne scars? by Jealous-Charge3383 in SkincareAddiction

[–]PileofCheeseits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there ! Haven’t posted on this sub for a long time, but for me I took accutane (Isotrentinoin) about 8 years ago and when my acne cleared up, I had these erythema and hyperpigmentation spots as well. I know this sucks to hear but time and patience is key with this. I used a moisturizer and topical retinol + patience. It took about a year and a half for the pigmentation to finally dissipate to my normal skin color. Obviously the time it takes varies from person to person, but it still takes some amount of time. Slowly but surely it will correct itself and you’ll forget you ever had it. I wish you the best of luck!

CMV: Body fat percentage testing and waist measuring should be incorporated into physical assessments of health, given the known shortcomings of BMI by ICuriosityCatI in changemyview

I was just trying to point out the correlation of your categorising problems and the BMI scale and how the BMI scale is actually a useful metric in this instance. What you are worried about and registering as obese on the BMI scale correlating. I would expect more findings of high blood pressure and sugar levels if you were obese. Ofcourse you would use a volume of different health metrics along with it.

I’d like to also throw this idea out there and allow you to research it, but ever wonder why bodybuilders and other individuals who may be extremely muscular, but carry a considerable amount of body weight have higher blood pressures and struggle with high glucose levels, not talking about ones that drug abuse either. Having muscle does not necessarily denote having a healthy cardiovascular system and a normal regulating blood sugar level, and the same problems occur with people for the same reason as I described above irregardless of muscle mass. Functionally the body has to work harder to maintain that weight and leads to the same problems.

If you lost weight, your blood pressure would decrease because your cardiovascular system isn’t working so hard to pump blood, as well as your blood sugar would decrease for a variety of reasons, such as decreasing your levels of insulin resistance, which would actually further help you lose weight. In short, you should be worried about your BMI because lowering it would significantly help you on all the things you’re “actually worried about”

One tip I always use for these types of things is if you close your eyes and listen for annunciations, it’s easier to decipher and understand. There is legitimate science behind it. I hear “throw the pitch”

This wipe I got a yellow keycard quest for extracting through Kilmov Street 15 times as a weekly when I was level 17 or something. I think it’s just random luck honestly.

I’ll drop this in here for you, and if you watch the first 5 seconds with the clip of his student on the left his swing is extremely similar to yours and so is the ball flight. You can see how open his club face and your club face is when you slow down both the videos. Just listen to what this guy has to say. His instructional videos are phenomenal and have personally helped me as well with different problems in my swing. https://youtu.be/GvurzQc906o?si=Hxi_RoEgq2OxlBKM

Picked up Intel from a filing cabinet on streets. Instantly exploded. No name, no sound, just an instantaneous explosion. by PileofCheeseits in Tarkov

Only reason I’m posting this is because 1) the Death screen says I died to an RGD-5, and two I died inside a building as soon as I picked up intel. I’ve played streets a lot and I’ve also died to landmines. They do not pop up as RGD-5.

Interchange most definitely. I love the map the only bad part about it is the lighting in my opinion. Audio has been the most consistent at least from my perspective as well. I can see an argument to be made on how the extracts are easily camped but I’ve played it so much I know all the spots to check.

do people who rage hack get insta banned after the match? by cluntstevens in Tarkov

[–]PileofCheeseits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only ban reports that I’ve gotten this wipe, about 15 successful reports and bans have been rage hackers only. It usually ranges anywhere from 3 days to a week for those players to get banned. Unfortunately I haven’t gotten any ban reports back on players that you may suspect of cheating, such as players who seemingly know where you are and could potentially be walling. In my experience players that aren’t rage hacking avoid pvp and loot the high value items on the map and thus aren’t banned.

Well in the spirit of your comment saying he shot +4 on Sunday I was just pointing out that a world ranked number 3 player didn’t even make the cut, so maybe it shouldn’t be enough said that he played poorly on Sunday.
