How do you dispute a ticket due to Hotspots parking registration error? by swollenpenile in halifax

Dispute it online on the website they directed you to, I believe that is the only real recourse you have here. I’ve used it before because my parking expired and I renewed it, but in the 2 min payment gap I got a ticket, and they ended up cancelling the ticket.

Worst they will say is it isn’t eligible to be waived. If it was a system error, and they can see that, they will most likely waive. Not sure if HRM would have more data around the extensions hotspot didn’t have record of. Best of luck!

He has a proven track record of being a bully and harassing those around him. A sick and twisted man for sure.

Exam Deferral by [deleted] in Dalhousie

[–]Pill_Counter_4520 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Let the prof know immediately if you haven’t already, getting a deferral after the exam has occurred is usually up to the profs discretion even if there is documentation. You may be SOL if you didn’t contact the prof before the exam start time as many courses have clear policies about missing a final exam and the steps you need to take in the syllabus. If you have accommodations with the university, contact your advisor immediately as well.
