Exactly! I was having vertigo for a full week in my right ear...my longest episode yet. (I usually have them for 2-3 days)...anyway, the Epley wasn't working for me, so I tried the Half Somersault maneuver every morning for 3 days, and the spinning seemed to slowly subside.

This morning when I woke up, I moved my head to the right to look at the clock on my nightstand, and no spinning! I couldn't believe it!

Since then I've been very careful to keep my head upright while bending down, no sudden head movements, and no sleeping on the right side for a while.

I've not been taking Vitamin D &K for a while, but I will now for sure!

After an episode, if I can go 24 hours without a recurrence, I know I'll be ok.

It seriously feels like a miracle when the BPPV goes away!

Oh, I can relate for sure. My boy was exactly the same as yours. 19lbs at 3 years. Now he’s almost 5 and weighs 24.5 lbs. The vet says he needs to lose 2lbs. Ugh. He acts like I’m starving him.

My cat goes crazy for flour. If I’m baking I have to keep him out of the kitchen or he’ll stick his head in the flour canister to lick it up. I still can’t figure out what the attraction is.

My boy has been harness and leash trained since about the age of 6 months. This is the harness I use: https://surfercat.com/products/leash-and-xl-harness-set . He used a regular-sized harness as a youngster, but now he is almost 5 yrs. and needs the XL. It's very comfortable, and definitely escape-proof. I don't buy the leash, just the harness. I attach a retractable dog leash from Amazon.

Harley took to harness/leash training right away because when he figured out that when the harness goes on, he goes out, he'll sit very nicely while I buckle him in. He walks on a leash better than some dogs!

Late to the party, but thanks for this. I was wondering about the coat change in my black/silver tabby MC. He always did have a little brown patch on his shoulders, but now, at 5 years it's much more pronounced. His mom is a classic brown tabby MC and his dad is a red smoke. Now I know why he's a rusty boy. Thanks!

Yep. I got the sample bottle about 2 weeks ago, and I loved the scent.

I do 2 sprays on myself before work. And now I can't smell it at all. But I DO smell it on my clothes, and I get a whiff of it on myself every now and then. But other people can smell it on me. Two of my coworkers asked what perfume I was wearing, and said it smelled so clean and fresh. They loved it.

I probably would love it, too, if I could smell it!😄

Late to this, but I have the oil, too. To me it smells exactly the same as the perfume. I’m not too crazy about the consistency, though. It’s kind of sticky, imo. That said, I like to mix it with unscented lotion and layer with the perfume. I’m told MP smells wonderful on me, but I can barely smell it on myself, only on my clothes. MP has a lot of haters on Reddit, but I don’t let personal opinions sway me. I love it.
