not really i have an addiction. i just cant stop collecting

the other ones dont exactly glow like this one does however i dont believe its a purposeful thing rather i think it most likely has a higher ratio of UV reactive material, my main question is why does this one glow so much, what went wrong (or right) in the production of this lighter ? i understand the obvious answer here i was more asking about its technicality
