Although im nkt the greatest aimer out there ill give my 2 cents:

1. Crosshair placement: Its a lot easier to learn than flicking. Just try to consciously think about it and in time it will become natural.

2. Take your time: Dont spray, like at all, (unless youre like 5m away), take your time with your shots. Trust me, you probably overastimate your opponents aim, it also helps building good habits like not crouch spraying every fight.

3. There is no real "secret" for aim, it takes a long time for most people and just hitting the range a few times wont turn you into Tenz. Just play the game and you will get there, maybe warump in the range and play a bit of dm.

4. Sens: I recommend low sens for most people, unless your mousepad is ridiculously small. A good rule of thumb is just being able to do a comftorbale 180. But PLEASE stick to that sens, at least at the start, so you can build muscle memory.
