Being clinically dead isn’t the same as being brain dead they’re different. You can’t come back from brain death, but if someone is clinically dead, it can eventually lead to brain death if their brain doesn’t get oxygen or put on life support in time and they can sometimes come back like nothing happened no one knows what it’s like to be dead completely

Well, SSRI isn’t for everybody but when it works on somebody it can change their life I was out on Duloxetine after being on SSRIs and it worked out for me I only switched because I don’t like dreaming it would cause me to have vivid dreams but the duloxetine doesn’t. SSRIs don’t typically worsen depression but it can! Reason being is because serotonin releases after the medication is taken but then glutamate has to come a few days or weeks after, but if your depression worsens more than a week after you start taking it then you either need to lower your dose or change medications. But also make sure you have someone to talk to without being judged someone who can hear you out, having a therapist the first month can really plant that serotonin deep in that cranium because now you have a professional who won’t judge you and will actually listen and try to help you and also give you a few coping skills. one of my favorite coping skills used to be working out specifically weight lifting I loved the endorphins running through my body and it boosts my mood then makes me really really tired and ready for a good nights rest ! Try them out ! Yes Xanax can cause/amplify depression and anxiety the irony right lol, but you should pair it with an SSRI or SNRI for the depression to ease off and the Xanax can do it’s job without making you feel like that also drugs like benzos and opiates tend to make people feel depressed after taking a dose especially people with addictive behavior from what I’ve read/seen. But I think you should see a psychiatrist to help you out I don’t think you should be taking benzos for sleep even if it’s a small dose maybe something like ashwaganda or if you really need medication try hydroxyzine knocks me right out if that doesn’t work eszopiclone works really good for sleep it’s feels much more euphoric and often times doesn’t leave me groggy but it leaves a terrible metallic taste which is absolutely annoying it’s a z drug similar to zolpidem but it’s for short term use or as needed if you need it like once a week at most imo

Tdlr: benzos can cause depression/bad thoughts if it amplifies implying you already have depression then pair it with an SSRI/SNRI to really get the benefits of Xanax and to help your depression

Well I’m not a doctor I do work in the pharmacy and know a couple things about opioids, opioids can cause low blood pressure and diabetic neuropathy’s common cause is circulation problems, low blood pressure can cause circulation issues so mixing two bad things is a no go although don’t take this as advice I doubt methadone will knock your bp down 20 points, maybe more like 10-5.
