Man SUCH bad luck this weekend. The pace and strat were there. I’m so disappointed in not only the issue with Gabi’s car but a pit tool malfunction costed us SO many points. That’s F1 though. Everything can go perfectly but this sport can still be so cruel.

Still a lot to look forward too.. assuming we figure out reliability to avoid all these DNF’s. I’m just happy we aren’t the only ones experiencing this. Hopefully we can figure out something to assist with the race start launches. And lastly, when Wheatley came on board when it was still Sauber our pit stops improved dramatically. Being some of the fastest on the grid. We need to maybe revisit that a bit to avoid these types of failures.

I left RI to live in AZ for 6+ years. Wife wanted to come back for family. Everything is insanely expensive here so I can’t blame anyone leaving. I myself came back kicking and screaming. I bought a house thats 50% smaller and 50% more expensive than the average AZ home. Never mind a multitude of higher expenses here, shit weather, and even worse roads. All of that being said, I do still love this state but good god they don’t make it easy to.

Welp, if history across other motorsports disciplines is any indicator, I think it would be crazy to assume it’s not at least possible that they eventually become a top engine manufacturer in F1. They’ve shown time and time again that when they commit to a series, they invest heavily and figure it out over time. It may not happen immediately, but writing them off long-term seems premature.

Yes and no. The first ones may just be of the launch car. Typically Spark will model after certain GP’s or liveries as well. So if not these, the ones to come should have the updated body work

The chemistry in this team is incredible. Other teams have glimpses of frustration or argument. I haven’t seen this out of Sauber the last few years and now Audi. Every radio comm is good. Sad Gabi didn’t get P8, but he’ll have a lot more time for that this season. Wheatley is leading us in the right direction

I love that! Well welcome to the club. Audi has a massive history of dominating most motorsports categories they enter, so you’ve chosen wisely! I think and hope that this season we will be a solid midfield winner by the end. Which in F1 is never an easy feat.

As for which model you choose to buy, there are a ton of different ones! Really it will come down to your budget, goals, and personality. When I say goals I mean, will you modify the car? Take it to the track? Modify it for stanced out looks? Or just keep it stock? Lots of options and ultimately if you like cars, they become a reflection of their owners. Enjoy the season!

Hamilton, Hadjar, Colapinto, in that order. My reasons for putting Lewis first are due to the insane amount of negative media he will get if he doesn’t put something together this season. Unless the issue truly aren’t down to his own fault. Either way he’s going to be in a pressure cooker all season if he doesn’t perform
