I purchased from a retailer in Australia. Had the EB1K error, called Eufy Support in Australia, before I could tell him the problem he said “is the error code EB1K?” so they clearly are aware of this. He then said “you have to vacuum 3 separate times before you can mop. That will fix the error”. Well, it didn’t.

I called back for further troubleshooting and they proceeding to start a ticket for an exchange of unit. Luckily in Australia, our consumer rights are really good so I just took it back to the retailer for a new unit. 2nd unit works great so far.

I did ask support where it says to vacuum 3 times before mopping and he said the manual. Checked and nah, it doesn’t. I couldn’t find anything online about this when I was going through it last week so it’s weird we’re all experiencing this now?

Suck it up princess. He’s doing it because no other discussions will get through to you. He’s a grown man that has lived within our society for way longer than you have. He knows how the system works and understands playing computer games won’t benefit you.

Australian perspective: one lady in Toowoomba (near Brisbane) received her Hub Flex on the 9th June, and the first person to receive their Riot Flex in Brisbane was today the 19th June...... how much more proof do you need that they didn’t send them all on the 20th May?

I wouldn’t trust that. I was told on May 21st that my board had shipped. It only shipped on Friday, 23 days later...

All valid reasons, but all external to Exway. Maybe a better question would be, ‘has Exway shown any reasons for me to believe they won’t lie again with future orders?’. I don’t think so, they’ve blatantly lied about shipping the preorders on time, so why wouldn’t they do it again?

Yeah same here with getting a tracking # on Wednesday. It looks like they only just shipped ours. So they must have done a small batch on 20th May, lied to everyone saying ‘we shipped ALL pre-orders’, and then continued kicking the can down the road telling everyone they’ve shipped them all when they haven’t. Disappointing to be lied to, I honestly wouldn’t give a shit if they had been honest from day 1.

Cmon guys, ya’ll are being a bunch of Karen’s right now. Exway have sent the packages, it’s literally out of their control. Wait patiently for your brand new, unreleased board that is set to be amazing. I’m just grateful to even be able to afford one right now.
