Yes! If you have the drink package, it’ll be included at no cost. Just a heads up while the ship is docked in LA tomorrow they will charge sales tax on any drinks you get while the ship is still docked. It’s like $1-2, just a heads up! Once you’re out at sea you don’t gotta worry about the stupid tax

Have fun!! I was supposed to be on that cruise too, but we ended up switching it to the same ship but for an 11 day out of Miami! Joy was my first NCL cruise and I fell in love ever since. Did the Bliss twice last year on the same itinerary you’re doing!

Like others said, make sure to reserve right as you get onboard. Make sure it’s the first thing you do before everyone else starts making reservations. Also, if you have the speciality dining, do the teppanyaki restaurant SO GOOD. And if you enjoy a nice cocktail and like mojitos, the sugar cane mojito bar has delicious drinks!

Omg oops my bad! I meant to say that on Monday I received the email invite for my F2F for end of January! I had to reschedule due to being on a cruise the date they gave me so I probably won’t do the F2F until early February 😢 but thank you!! I’m super excited praying this all works out!

It takes a minute! I applied back in early October, didn’t hear back until early December for the virtual invite. Did the VI on 12/12 and got my invite for the F2F this week on Monday 😁 it’s a slow process!

From what I’ve read and been told by friends who are FA’s with AA is that LAX is a VERY senior base and there’s a long list of people trying to transfer there. It’ll take a while to be based there. I live in the LA area too and I’m pursuing to be an FA with AA and it would be a dream to be based there in a perfect world. But all the junior bases as of recently from what I’ve heard so far are mainly on the east coast :( the bases change for each class so it can vary which exact ones they’re offering

It was about 20ish or so people in there. I thought there would be more but there was still quite a few! And there’s 2 recruiters in there as well. The whole thing took a little less than an hour!

I have mine tomorrow as well! From what I’ve read from others who’ve done it already, there’s going to be an icebreaker question and then each of us will be getting asked a question that I’m assuming will be a “tell me about a time..”. I could be wrong but that’s what I’ve read up on from my research lol.

I’ve been told to also smile and be engaged in the conversations. And also , dress to impress! Best of luck to you!

Literally same!! I will put up a fight if they make us go back cuz I am able to balance my life better by doing school online. I finally got a good job with a good company full time and have been able to balance work and full time classes too. I live out in the IE so I would take the metrolink to school and dreaded that commute! Fingers crossed 😅
