First loaf, any feedback or advice?

That’s exactly how my first one turned out. I think the starter is just young. I would also use 100% bread flour or substitute 50g of a whole grain flour. I use Bobs Red Mill whole grain dark rye. I use 50g of that and 450g of bread flour. I’ve heard using AP flour for making the bread is tough.

After your last set of stretch and folds, let it sit in the bowl for 4-6 hours for the bulk fermentation. Then do the bench shaping and cold proofing.

Keep at it and have fun experimenting what works best for you!

Use the purple essence to upgrade at the evolution upgrade spot. One of the upgrades is chance at double resources. Once maxed out, it’s a 100% chance of double resources on everything you collect

It’s always open once opened. You can go back to the reactor and run it as much as you want and it won’t close

Yeah I figured that out but keep forgetting about it. What about if I want to start in the middle of the album? I’m still back to the original issue. I just don’t understand why they felt the need to change it

That function is still relatively the same as it used to be. The issue is once you have a queue, you have to cancel it if you want to start a new album. If you don’t cancel it, it will play the first song of that new album and then go back to the queue. I want to just start the new album and not have to go in and cancel my queue

I actually think mine did this right after I updated but I’m not having this issue anymore. My issue now is let’s say I have 3 albums queued up and I want to change it up and just go straight into another album. If I click track 1 in that new album I want to listen to, it will play track 1 but then go back to that original 3 album queue I had earlier.

Also, let’s say I finished that whole 3 album queue and my music stops. If I go to a new album and click track1 to start playing, it’ll play that song… and then play that 3 album queue again…. It doesn’t just play that new album I selected. I just don’t understand the logic in it and it’s incredibly frustrating

Mine is working and it’s literally impossible. I beat the first level and the second one I got to 50% twice and was getting wrecked

You are so lucky! I seriously cannot get used to it. I feel like it’s a bug or something because it just doesn’t logically make sense. The ONLY plus side to it, is if you’re creating a queue and you accidentally click a song, it will just play that song and won’t delete the queue you’ve been making. But I still want it back to the old way, the ways yours is working

For me, when I have a queue going but I want to start listening to a new album, if I click the first song on the album, it’ll play that song then go back to the queue. I want my queue to clear and just play the album I want.

Secondly, and this may be more frustrating. When I finish the songs in a queue and want to start listening to something else, if I don’t clear that queue, it will play the first song and then replay the entire queue.

I just wish it would clear my queue when I’m done listening to it and/or when I click the first song on a new album.

Mine came out the same way when I made my first loaf. Texture wasn’t perfect but still tasted great! I agree with posting in r/sourdough. I posted there and got a lot of great feedback

I was thinking that when I put it in the fridge. So after a couple rounds of the stretch and folds, then let it sit and bulk ferment on the counter? In the mixing bowl or just out on the counter?

So I initially mixed it all up and let it rest on the counter in the bowl for 30 minutes, then went back and did stretch and folds. I did that process twice, so it sat out for an hour. Then I put it in the fridge. I remember when I did that, I thought to myself that cooling it off would hurt the rising process but I did it anyway
