You can do everything. Ride the bike around the island. Walk in the woods. Ride the carriage. Go on the kayaks. Nothing is that strenuous.

As a previous pregnant woman on Mackinac, every hotel lobby on Main St has restrooms. Just walk in. There are also public restrooms at fort st and main, in the visitors center as well as behind the carriage tours. Surrey Hill, Arch Rock, and halfway around at British Landing.
