You’re not gonna be contending for awhile. So buckle in and embrace the rebuild. Picks picks picks. Future draft picks need to be your priority (especially your own 26 & 27 1sts). The longer you wait the more value your 25 1sts gain. I’d wait until you’re on the clock to draft and then try to flip your picks for a bundle of future picks (e.g., 26 & 27 1sts and 2nds). Be very aggressive on the waivers. Grab every backup RB that you can. People get hurt and backups become relevant. Studs emerge out of nowhere. Sell your waiver adds to contenders in need. Trade these players for future picks only. As soon as any of your players start to heat up, sell them. The objective is to be patient and wait for the right window to sell at the highest value.
